HoshinTao Chi Kung Level 1 CD set

The HoshinTao Chi Kung distance learning Level 1 CD program is the first of seven levels focusing on the earth or first chakra.

One unique difference in the HoshinTao Chi Kung Distance Learning Program is the mentoring aspect. Each participant is assigned a mentor for which can provide guidance as the participant works through the program. Mentors are not only qualified instructors but are also experienced in various healing and meditation backgrounds.

The HoshinTao Chi Kung distance learning Level 1 CD program includes all the meditations, chi building exercises, stretching and breathing techniques in the level 1 program in a PDF file format. A DVD containing video footage of all the techniques is also available.
