The HoshinTao Chi Kung distance learning Level 2 CD/DVD set is the second level of seven and focuses on the water or second chakra.

The HoshinTao Chi Kung is a seven level program for which builds upon each level. It is necessary to complete the exercises in Level one prior to purchasing the Level two program.
