HoshinTao Chi Kung Level 2 CD set

The HoshinTao Chi Kung distance learning Level 2 CD set is the second level of seven and focuses on the water or second chakra.

One unique difference in the HoshinTao Chi Kung Distance Learning Program is the mentoring aspect. Each participant is assigned a mentor for which can provide guidance as the participant works through the program. Mentors are not only qualified instructors but are also experienced in various healing and meditation backgrounds.

The HoshinTao Chi Kung distance learning Level 2 CD program includes all the meditations, chi building exercises, stretching and breathing techniques in the level 2 program in a PDF file format. A DVD containing video footage of all the techniques is also available.

The HoshinTao Chi Kung is a seven level program for which builds upon each level. It is necessary to complete the exercises in Level one prior to purchasing the Level two program.
