The HoshinTao Chi Kung Level 3 set is the third level of seven and focuses on the fire or third chakra.

Each participant is assigned a mentor for which can provide guidance as the participant works through the program. Mentors are not only qualified instructors but are also experienced in various healing and meditation backgrounds.
The HoshinTao Chi Kung distance learning Level 3 CD program includes all the meditations, chi building exercises, stretching and breathing techniques in the level 3 program in a PDF file format.
The HoshinTao Chi Kung is a seven level program for which builds upon each level. It is necessary to complete the exercises in Level two prior to purchasing the Level three program.
