The HoshinTao Chi Kung Level 4 set is the third level of seven and focuses on the wind/fourth chakra.

The HoshinTao Chi Kung distance learning Level 4 CD program includes all the meditations, chi building exercises, stretching and breathing techniques in the level 4 program in a PDF file format.
The HoshinTao Chi Kung is a seven level program for which builds upon each level. It is necessary to complete the exercises in Level three prior to purchasing the Level four program.
