This Hoshin introductory DVD will give you a sneak peek into the Hoshinjutsu martial art, and a Japanese concept known as the Godai, or the Five Elements.  These five elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Wind and Void are combined with the chakra system from Esoteric Yoga.  This combination is the basis for the entire Hoshinjutsu system of study, as it develops the practitioners in complete mind, body and spirit.

Hoshinjutsu is a self protection or combative style martial art that also focuses on meditation, chi kung, healing arts, strategy, and awareness training.  This complete package makes Hoshinjutsu a unique and balanced system.
