Your satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you are not satisfied with your order or the service please contact us medmastery@nexicom.net about your concerns.

We do not sell or provide your information to any outside organizations. We do occasionally contact our customers with specials and new product information. If you do not wish to receive these emails please let us know and we will remove you from these lists.

Payment Options:

Our primary method of payment is PayPal, Mastercard and Visa.  Within PayPal you are able to use a credit card and bank transfer without a PayPal account.  We also accept International Money Orders.  If you are using a International Money Order, please notify us and we will email you once the money order has been received and ship the items you have ordered.

Shipping:

We have made every effort to make our shipping costs as accurate as possible. Upon completing your shopping, you will be requested to register with us which will provide our system with your mailing address for costs on air or ground shipping services. Shipping costs have been calculated for every country to ensure your shipping charges are as accurate as possible.

A few notes about our shipping:

- Orders are shipped within days of receiving them by either air mail or ground mail, based on your preference.  You will be emailed a confirmation email on when the order was shipped as well as shipping information can be found in your account information.

- We are based in Canada so Canadian addresses will only one option for shipping.  This also means your products arrive very quickly. 

- Shipments to the United States on average take 2-3 weeks for airmail and 3-4 weeks for surface mail.

- Packages to International addresses on average take 3-4 weeks for airmail and 4-5 weeks to surface mail.  Please note: if you are ordering from Australia, orders can take long to arrive so we recommend air shipping instead of surface.

- If you wish an alternative shipping method to be quoted please contact us listing the products you wish to order and your mailing address and we will be happy provide you more options.
